REMOTE ONLINE NOTARY

One of the many services provided by LCFE, is Remote Online Notary (RON). With remote notarization, the signer appears before the notary at the point of notarization, via audio and or visual technology, over the internet. Allowing you to be able to have your documents notarized digitally, on to go, or nationwide*.

*Only certain states allow the process of remote online notary. Currently, 43 states have passed remote notarization laws. Those states include Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming.
